Our projects
Food Innovation Lab
This is where we play: The Food Innovation Lab is where we prototype and test new food and consumer products – from chai to snacks – before they become full businesses. Using a Design Thinking Methodology, we aim to understand how our food can be better for people and planet
Always Room
This is where we gather: Always Room is a South African hospitality brand built on one idea – there’s always room for one more. It works in three ways: The Table, an intimate dining series; The Letter, a community trading asks and offers; and The Shop, considered things for gathering well.
What’s next…
We’re building the next layer of ecosystem work – connecting with regenerative farmers & producers of climate friendly ingredients. We’re testing new models for how businesses grow together, not alone. More soon.
